Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 1 to 2 days of placing it, before it ships.
Returns & exchanges: You can return or exchange a product within 3 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and you have your order confirmation.
Defective or wrong items: If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
Please note: CLING adhesive strips are single-use. Once a strip has been applied to a surface, the product cannot be returned unless it is defective.
How to return: Message us on Instagram with your order number and photos if the item is damaged.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or in cash for cash on delivery orders, within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping: CLING covers it for defective items; customer covers it for change of mind.
